Accessibility Statement

LAST REVISED ON: October 16, 2026

Previve LLC ("Previve," "we," "us," or "our") wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use www.previvehealth.com (the "Site") and the Previve member portal. This statement describes our approach to accessibility and how to reach us if something on the Site doesn't work for you.

Our Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our accessibility standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, and cognitive and learning disabilities.

Our Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We consider accessibility as we design and build the Site, and we work to:

Conformance Status

We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible, and we continue to make improvements.

Documents and Third-Party Services

Some documents, such as PDF reports and brochures, may not be fully accessible. Some features also rely on services provided by third parties, such as payment processing, video visits and laboratory testing partners. We do not control these services, and they may not meet the same standard. If you have trouble with a document or a third-party service, contact us and we will help you get the information or complete the task another way.

Alternative Formats and Accommodations

If you need information from the Site in another format, such as large print or accessible electronic text, or you need an accommodation to take part in a Previve consultation or video visit, such as captioning or a sign language interpreter, please contact us. We will work with you to provide it at no cost to you. You don't need to share details about a disability or your health to ask for help.

Feedback and Contact Information

We welcome your feedback. If you run into an accessibility barrier on the Site, please let us know:

To help us respond, please tell us the web address (URL) or name of the page, what went wrong, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you know them. We aim to respond within five business days.

Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time as we improve the Site. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Revised" date.
